Curious to know if anyone might have a 30" duel flex spring, Pete & Jakes is closed for the new year's holiday but listed as out of stock, other sources show only the single mono leaf type.

Just to clarify my previous posting, Todd at Possies tells me the Duel Flex springs were never offered in the 30" for 47" axles only 29" & 31" for conventional axles, they recommended the Super Slide 1004 series which is a multi-leaf.

Looks as if my choices are limited to the conventional type multi leaf 1004 series as I'm using a 47" axle

Duel is combat. So ***ume you mean dual as in two. By dual flex do you mean the leaf that is thicker in the center and thinner at the ends? Come to think of it, maybe duel is a better description!

The Posie dual flex spring the OP is referring to is basically a mono leaf with another leaf added on top for strength and to prevent possible main leaf failure which occurs from time to time in straight mono leaf springs.

Duel Flex happens to be the as advertised description & yes, I do know the difference I'm ***uming a play on words by the manufacturing source, just calling it as advertised, additionally not sure if other sources might have made the 30" version as a wide variety of trailer spring suppliers have something similar at varied spring rates & dimensions.
