I accidentally posted in OT Sunday Models yesterday. This project is very much on topic, so posting here...

AMT 29 Model A roadster using the kit 241 hemi, Z'd rear on the frame, Modelhaus tires, AMT 40 Ford wheels. More pictures to come... Been tinkering with this since late summer.

I am about to finish all started projects that have been on my shelf for years, some even for decades:

The 53 Ford pickup was already shown on the HAMB but not in this thread. It's the AMT kit with AMT 58 Chevy wheels, Monogram 1940 Ford Pickup Bellyburner exhaust and tires and AMT 53 studebaker seat. The rest is from the kit.

The 2nd kit I've finished is this AMT 1953 Studebaker which I've built as g***er/altered dragster. Everything from the box except the exhaust which I made from thick solder and the straight front axle made from parts of Revell's 69 Mustang Cobra Jet and 34 Ford Pickup. Wheels/tires also from AMT. The "Mississippi queen" decal is from the Revell kit of the ship of the same name.

you guys have inspired me to gear up and build a project I've been brewing on for a decade.
Of course it's been Many, Many decades since I've built a model, much less some kind of diorama. nothing like jumping off into the deep end.

It's called "Rose Gold" by Edding. Don't know if that is available in the US.

I love it. Thanks! I'll start looking for something similar. I think that will look great on the sectioned 40 sedan I'm working on.
