My wife got tired of looking at an old trailer frame we had out in the yard (originally built by my grandpa), so I dragged it up behind the garage and started dismantling to salvage the steel. The frame as it was didn't look like any car frame to me, but once I got other parts off, the axle looked like something off an old Ford. Checking a couple of websites for ID, it apparently is a Model A front axle and spring, and at least some steering components, and brake drums. Was able to get the lug nuts to turn after soaking with penetrating oil, and I got one of the brake drums to turn. Haven't had the drums off. That was over a year ago. I've kept forgetting to ask someone knowledgeable about this. Basically, does this have any value? Are people still using the original parts to build rods or restorations? Where would you go to sell this?
Let people know approximately where you are located so anyone who is interested can decide if it’s close enough for a road trip to get it. Those parts look like they’re still usable, someone will appreciate getting them
