This section off Federal Road in Danbury is now leveled and part of Ingersoll Chevrolet.

actually B and B had its first store closer to the center of Branford in s small building next to the shopping center
that now has Ricklens, a dance studio and several other small businesses. I think there is a pet grooming business
in their old location. I bought my first shifter there.

Hmmm I didn’t know that one , I did use Larry Leifert of Leifert machine started in 1969. Did Paul Newman and many others race engines. Bet him and Peter andrghetti would know that speed shop . Larry is a master with machine work. He did many engines for me over the years. He sold the business recently but trained the person who bought it Trevor extensively plus Trevor brought some new ideas along. Great guys if you ever need machine work leifert auto machine is the place. I’ve made 960 HP for since 2005 w a 2 bolt main Pontiac. And it’s still living today. Can’t say enough about Larry and Trevor seems to be seamlessly following him.
