Been reading the content here forever, I thought I had account but maybe not, so I do now. I'm going to post in the main thread my question, but as intro, I've been building custom cars since I was 17 years old. My first custom build was a 1958 English Ford Wagon that I swapped with a Toyota Truck drivetrain and used it to commute to college. I called it "Just A Little Custom". Bright orange paint. Over the last 30-40 years I have yet to see more than one or two of these little English Ford's for sale that were not already hotrods. So when I came across a 1960 English Ford Thames Panel, with no drivetrain or suspension, I just had to buy it and start working on it, interrupting my other two current projects, as usual. I'm actually doing so m***ive modification of it, even more than my 71 Midget project that left almost everything modified. I'm changing it to look more like a 48 Thames Panel, custom ch***is, blah blah. My reason for posting is asking opinions on a super cheap super fast build for a daily driver. Look for my post on that topic. Cheers, Jack Murray
