I finally found the car i have been looking for, it's a 1931 plymouth body that was registered in 1932, so the ***le says 32. It is a 1 owner no rust 2 door sedan. Plans with it is to make it into a drag car that is street legal like my truck. I have a thread on my truck that hasn't been updated latley. 340 in a 1937 I believe is the ***le. 20251231_202658.jpg 20251231_202713.jpg 20251231_202739.jpg

The 1931/32 will have a dana 60 with a gforce 5r trans and a dodge motor, leaning towards a 900 hp small block mopar. It will have a aftermarket block, looking to go 8.5 in the quarter. It will be a couple year project.

That is a model PA. Sold in 31 and 32. So it's likely a 32

It was not unusual for some states to use the year a new car was first licensed as the car's model year. Some larger trucks and most motorhomes were done that way up through the 1980s.

Might want to move this over to the "off topic" section, I suspect its going to have stuff done that won't fit into the "on topic" section of the board. Over there you can actually show and explain everything you are doing to the car.

    I'll be following along.

first 30's car I ever rode in was a 31 Plymouth coupe. mostly in the rumble seat so my pretty-boy buddy would not mess up his hairdo.

Wow. Amazing plans for the old Plymouth. It'll be interesting to watch the transformation.
I have a 1931 Plymouth PA Business Coupe. Hoping just to build a 440 powered hot rod.

I am going to keep it looking the way it is , plus paint. It will have fenders and hood, a back seat so granddaughters can go racing with me. 20250810_085756.jpg cb8e7358-eea9-4658-a693-e53a83cc7d12.jpg
