Holy ****, I didn´t know any of that. As often as I´m fed up with our beaureaucrazy here, I´m glad everyone is required to have liability insureance for every vehicle that covers personal damage up to 20 million if I remember correctly. But thing do happen, but it´s just unfair to leave the victim behind.
