I have posted this before, but the coolness does endure.

 

If I can move some stuff around I will take some pics of all these flatheads I have sitting around here. Some are on wood blocks, some are on run in stands, some NOS blocks tucked away in the corners of the garage. But I’m warning you it will dang near take an act of congress to uncover them. My dad was the king of packing stuff in a closed area

 

Okie dokie I pushed a few things off of the motors that are easy to get to and here’s a peek……

 

I thought this was pretty cool, until I found out it's not early car parts, more like horse and buggy

 

Parachute lever from a converted K 88 rail I bought for parts. Look at what is stamped in it.

 

My garage is pretty old, has all kinds of treasures.

If I remember correctly, paid $5 for this at least 30 years ago.

 

There a few of them out there. (I have one) paid $40 off ebay about 2 months ago. 100% shop cl*** project. Not sure why I bought it, thought it was cool.

Digging through my junk found this old S.L. Savidge key wallet. My folks bought most of their cars from S.L. Savidge. Perfect for my kid's 70 Challenger as the phone prefixes finally went completely numerical in our area late 60's early 70's. I use the Valley Motor Company wallet for my Vicky. Carlson Motors for the spare keys. The Vicky runs a WM. O. McKAY license plate frame with an original paint 34 plate, sure would like to find a WM. O. McKAY key wallet for that one, yea I'm weird.

Miles Master fuel regulator 1950s

I was told this was to increase fuel mileage… just an adjustable spring loaded check valve opened by engine vacuum I ***ume ???

And a gas attendant’s windshield washer sprayer from the 50s ?

 

I made this clock from one of the moon disks I had on my first car and put images of some of the cars I have built over the years...as you can see I'm a Chevy guy

 

Picked up these old magazines this weekend for less than $10. Some good reads in here, especially the full size Hot Rod magazines.

OK Mark, now I am jealous. I read Hot Rod when i was about 11 or 12. It ruined me.
