As stated earlier, I welded the IMG_0584 (1).jpg trim rings to the fender openings.

This is a lot better. I'm learning that "it's a process", thanks for the help. IMG_0630.jpg

It's not how you start, it's IMG_0587.jpg how you finish that matters

IMG_0715.jpg IMG_0714.jpg Well, we're back from the cruise. The food was lousy; this might be the last one. I need to add that we have a new family member. I bought a '40 Ford coupe, something that ive always wanted. Mom and I need to see if we can get comfortable enough with this to put some miles on it.

It was on the radar until we realized how far away from everything it was.

They are developing the corner of I35 and Robson Road a HEB and multiple apartments and homes and shopping center on the corner lots more traffic. When I moved to the city of Corinth on I35E just south of Denton 48 year's ago there was nothing here. But all the amenity's came now like you I am not moving. Take care Frank

That’s really a nice car. I always wanted a Black 40n standard coupe.

Can we get a youtube walk around and drive on both of the cars? Like an in depth one? Might be a big ask, but I think well worth it to show em off outside the pictures. Maybe a breakdown series of all the intricacies? Just an idea. The Lopez car is the absolute pinnacle of kustoms as far as im concerned, and im looking hard at doing a chopped 41 ford in the same vein.

Ferdyeight, I appreciate your comments more than you know. The recreating of these cars fulfills a life long dream for a 13-year-old kid. Both of these threads contain all of the things that you just asked for. It will take some searching for them, but they are there. Thanks

Hey guys, I'm trying to make this car safe for myself and everybody else. Somebody thought it was a good idea to put the turn signals in the grille. The car was designed to have them on top of the headlights in that little "window" that's in the headlight bezel.
I can't find any info on them or a supplier that sells repos on these things. If someone had a pic of the turn signal pieces I could probably fab up something that would work Help!!!
