There was ( still may be) a company in the UK that made fibergl*** Messerschmitts, they were decent reproductions but not exact, my friend in Florida has one.
I happen to have a couple of steel Messerschmitt body parts, nose sections and body tub along with three complete cars, a bubble top and two roadsters.

 

I’m not into European styling but the Messerschmidt just trips my trigger!!! They are way out of my price range though.

Complete stocker, 1936 canvas roll back roof. I recently did a complete mechanical restoration, engine, transmission, brakes, wiring, etc. it is a rust free example that the owner wanted to leave the paint for the patina look. It went home a few months ago.

There was a Messerschmidt in the little town I grew up in. The guy gad a hard time driving it around because it attracted every kid that saw it. They would run along side it down the street and form a crowd every where he stopped. He was not as enthusiastic about that as we were.

 

Is that with or without chunks?

Any one that ever drove one of those "E" body Barracuds during the winter knows that picture isn't real!

 

This is exactly why you should always wear a welding hood...
you can keep your eyes open with one.
