Projects Ground to Kill

    I’m a big fan of the red flip up covers with a basic toggle switch. With that you can run a brand new high quality switch and still have the look of old. If you don’t like red, they come in different colors too. Plus, the flip handle makes it easier to throw to kill. I ran this for the primer pump on my 59, though it’s mounted low and out of the way.

    However some of the pieces shown in this thread would make a more fitting addition for the vision you describe. I really like the Delco triangle logo and if it is not too big, it shouldn’t hog up too much attention.

    Absolutely love the "spare" spark plugs in the door panel. Genius.

    Ditto... my thought was to paint the face, color of choice, 320 wet sand the lettering... $

    I got the idea from the Harry Miller L29 Cord V-16 firewall. C type Jaguar also had a plug holder later on in the 50’s IMG_1441.jpeg IMG_1442.jpeg

    Saw a vintage drag bike with an actual set of points on the handlebars as the switch, kill lanyard with a piece of plastic..
