Event Coverage 53/54 Bel Air Hardtop At The GNRS

In the Roy Boy GNRS #2 video of outside cars I spotted a tan with brown top and side insert 53/54 Bel Air hardtop in the background. Looking for any available information about this car. Looks just like mine in 1962. Feeling a little nostalgic. Picture of my car in the HAMB thread Where Were You In 62?
