That looks like a killer event. Add that one to the bucket list with Goodwood. A couple of the last things on it, but a bit tougher to accomplish those two.
Definitely looks like the period BAT cars influence for sure, pretty cool American design even in 1965.
This car was restored by a local craftsman named Jake. Sorry, I don't have his last name. The shop I was working at at the time painted it. I always thought it was pretty cool.
A very good friend and owner of the le monstre Cadillac race car was there too,apparently the driver of the car was borrowing the car as the owner couldn’t make it and was a bit petrified of it and was very cautious?All that power the on ice,would have been great to see,very cool!! Where is the car located normally,anyone know?
What a great post thanks for sharing this. I love that car and have never seen it before. Herb Adams has a shop near me, or did in Carmel Valley. I think he has moved on because another car guy bought the house that has multiple garages.
