  1. Personal touches, yes. And the quality of craftsmanship. Well thought out.

Thank you all for the kind words. While I don’t see myself as very talented, I am definitely pushing my skills on this one.

I want to run a hood on the car but my carbs were a little bit too high with the carb risers I have. Nothing a little haircut won’t fix.

IMG_9173.jpeg I’ve also had these nicely rebuilt carbs in the drawer I was saving for a HEMI project Ive stalled on. Finally after years of waiting, they will be used on something!

Figure I should give an update since its been so long since the last! The past couple months have been pretty slammed for me. I dont get much time at my shop and what little time I do get has been spent building a quick change rear for a friend, doing some shop upgrades, and sorting through a mountain of model A parts I recently acquired. But nonetheless I have been doing small things to the car. I needed to turn the car around so I can have easier access to the driver side so we pushed it out into the sunlight for the first time since bringing it home. Had to use that opportunity for a photo shoot :)

Pulled the rear the other night and added a couple leafs in the back. I think the stance is pretty dialed now. IMG_0409.jpeg

I have always dreaded doing exhaust on my projects, and I probably always will. This one came out pretty decent though. Ill get more into the rest of the exhaust at another time ;)
