on your steering box gusset could you make a triangle shaped gusset and then put an arch/belly in the side that’s not touching anything to gain header clearance? Would look like the side of a little quarter pipe ramp if that makes since?

could even put a round notch in the side that buts up to the vertical face of the frame rail to p*** brake lines threw
