Technical 24 model T on Model A chassis

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by Nailhead dodge roadster, Feb 7, 2026 at 5:20 PM.

  1. Starting a new project this weekend, a '24 T roadster on a model A ch***is. Looking for inspiration and build pictures from people that have been here before.

Sticking with the original model A power train for now with possibly a flathead in the future, sticking with the traditional look on this one.

Just set the body on the frame for the first time today so I have a long way to go.

Fairly straightforward. The wheelbase is a couple of inches longer so if you run a hood you will need a custom one, if you run fenders you will need to extend the back of the front fenders or the running boards/aprons.
