Bottom cushion is split in the middle, 2 separate cushions.

The gas tank is the riser for the base cushions correct?

Right or wrong I've had one 32 pickup that had split lower cushions.

Not saying right or wrong either per the pic I posted. Just wanting to know how Henry pushed them out the door.

Johnny, that pic ain’t right. As you can see, the cushions are messed up, and not stock. I have seen stock Henry wood bases for the two piece cushions of a 32.

The tank is all there is. There are bumps up under each **** that each cushion fits over, so they don’t slide off.

Yes the 32 tank is the riser for the seat bottom. The bottom is split with the cap being under the drive side. I have seen 33 big trucks use the same setup, I am guessing its carried over for a bit before being changed. The driver cushion is pretty much just sitting on the tank, you just yank it out to get to the cap.

The seat riser for a 33/34 pickup is the harder thing to find, so I know of guys using a 32 tank in its place of a riser in a 33/34 cab.

I sat in Hot Rod Pro’s 32 pickup a couple years ago, and fit just fine. I’m six foot and two hundred. His seat is stock on the bottom, but he thinned the backrest so you sit a little bit back from Henry’s design. Didn’t take much to make it as comfortable as possible.

My deuce pickup runs a stock style 14 gallon tank under the rear of the box. The top of the stock 32 tank is cut out and houses the Odyssey battery lying on it's side. The seat cushions are some kind of late model seat with springs shortened and thinned to fit. Very comfortable.
