Looking at the small size of the radiator, I wonder if the owner could keep the car cool? HRP

Tom Davison who was a teen working for Ray Farhner (Boothill Exoress, Autorama guy) in the 60s was put in charge of taking care of the Mysterion just before it was destroyed. He was there watching the front and rear axles being hot-torched off the ch***is and sent back to Roth.
Here is a photo of Mysterion being hauled behind Tom's '59 Chevy. Tom had just painted it lime green metal flake to cover all the show damage.

Here is the fantasy photo Tom created using my Mysterion reproduction and top of a Mobile Alabama skys****er.

A note on Tom. He was/is a master modeler ,and won the Best Paint award in the 1964 Revell National Model contest. The winning car was a highly customized Corvette and the paint job was a then revolutionary real metal flake job on a model. It was the exact same paint he used on the Mysterion lime green 'flake repaint!

  22. I have this picture saved from the hamb, I lived through a version of these times. It was pretty great. Not my picture, not my car, not my friends. A4E79137-3952-4296-B688-BEF6F60F7379.png

Visalia California. T-painted and pinstriped by Larry Watson, Gene was a great friend (RIP).
