I need to match this connector on a project. Can any of you electrical gurus tell me what part number, name, designation, whatever I need to find one and order it? I need both ends. If it helps, it's originally from an off topic 2009 Yamaha XV1900 motorcycle under seat 12v auxiliary plug, but it's being used on an allowable automotive project in this case. Thanks!

I don't think it's Weatherpack, or each wire would have its own cylinder.

google lens tells us it fits lots of Japanese stuff.

    is one end.

This link is kind of useless for buying, but it does show that they exist.

If you need both ends, then you don't need that particular connector, you can use a lot of different 2 pin connectors, right? I would find something that I can get easily, and use it.

Why bother with a two pin connector? You're only making one connection between two conductors. Unless there is a second wire that is not being shown? I only see one contact in the end.

other sites say Yamaha used Sumitomo or Furukawa connectors, if you want to spend lots of time search through their catalogs for sealed automotive 2-way connectors. Lots of cheap "Yamaha DC power splitter" on Ebay have this connector and come with spare connectors, but the description says Manufacturer Part Number "does not apply" . Good luck.

  8. The obvious answer is order one from your local Yamaha dealer. Mixing connectors is never a good idea. But why do you need that specific one? There are plenty of quality choices out there, if you want the Roll Royce of connectors go with Deutsch products. Only downside is the price of the 'factory' crimper will take your breath away but much less expensive 4 crimp versions are available and will do the job just fine.

Either Yazaki or Sumitomo connector. Google those and look at their catalog. I will look at work tomorrow and see if I have these and let you know. If I have stock I can pm you with the details.
