here's my Mother in Tahoe with my Dad's 51 Merc in '53 or '54..


this is some friends of my parents taken in Oakland Cal. note the one piece hood, chop, lowered headlights and different bumpers

 

So great to have the build and show picture's thanks for posting them ! The ones putting the side trim on outside is awesome

 

The so-called clover leaf hood that was on a few of the first eleven ‘64 Thunderbolts when they were released to selected drivers, the rest had the larger teardrop hood.
