Just a heads up, maybe this will help prevent somebody's hot rod from burning down. https://lordco.com/content/pdf/recalls/Owner Notification (Letter).pdf
On the other hand, it takes a great company to admit there mat be a quality issue and inform the consumers of potential problems that could be serious. This does nothing to shake my confidence with Holley or their product line. In fact, just the opposite is true.
@Bandit Billy I agree that they are doing the right thing. A NTSB Recall is either voluntary or due to complaints. The language indicates the former. Far too many would say nothing or fight it out in court.
Wow I'm not surprised an off shore part from Holley that has a problem. Recently I purchased the exact regulator being recalled from Holley expecting this to be a good quality part that was not cheap cost wise. My experience was not a leak it was the darn thing would not regulate the fuel pressure the electric pump I use puts out 6 PSI. I wanted no more than 3 PSI at the two carbs feeding gas into the ITAL blower on my wife's supercharged flathead powered Deuce coupe. Thankfully I returned it and went with a different brand which is made in the USA. Ronnieroadster
