Leo Carrillo, he played Pancho on The Cisco Kid television show. Duncan Renaldo played Cisco and the show closed every episode with this tagline- “Oh Pancho, oh Cisco!”after the telling of a small joke. The show started in 1950 and I must have seen every episode in the late ‘50’s in reruns.
