  7. I don't blame you - I'd lååååååve a Model 40-C! :-D Hope to see it irl someday. :)

    Better check in properly. :D
    Nothing much going on here, except "12'eren" needs to be upgraded to new Rømø requirements, so on the install-list is;
    - lap belt - got a back seat lap belt out of an old Jeep and just picked up some chains at work, and
    - front brakes.
I also need to check my MC helmet against raised demands. I know, it's safety first, but I can't help feeling, that it looses abit of it's soul... but hey, better inaccurate racing than no racing!
But that also stirs attention away from hopping up the G28T - just haven't got enough hours in the day! ;) So, later that'll be (again!). :D

Checking in. Been busy and not much time for hamb. Made up a transfer block to run the chevy 6 cly pump on the model a. Took two tries to get the 16 tpi machined for the cap. Not John Neilson level of engineering but I'm trying

Just looks like someone over greased the throw out bearing. Is the clutch slipping or?

    Not much news.

my fellow banger fan has just machined the repop 2x2 intake for my coupe. It was nowhere near flat on the carbie bases, and worse on the block side.

it’ll be interesting to see how the B runs with 2 81’s.

Good to see you banger boys...
in my mind, the one drivetrain upgrade that makes the A/B more driveable is to a V8 clutch

I guess this was my check in....I had a Hot Rod shop get me busy on non-banger stuff and I should have said 'NO'
but I am trying to impart some tribal knowledge to the youngsters....
My projects....T is back together and the test drive was fun
    Vicky is stalled....
Little outing in 26 degree F weather to the first Cars and Coffee last Saturday in the Cabriolet....it started and ran fine in its non heated storage.....for the first time in 6 months....win!

Yep but despite the grease, my clutch will not disengage with the pedal down. If you compare the left finger to the other 2, something is wrong and most likely the root cause of the problem.

The comp chamber is top secret, and can not be shown. I have seen it and it is not like most designs.

  23. Anyone using Dan Price’s D4B head? I’d like to fit a head to the ‘34 that allows me to use the stock short water pump and mechanical fan. I ran a Thomas head for a few years and liked that.

I believe he had to sign a disclosure agreement just to use the design;)
Here is a different design if you wanna see a CNC machine head it’s not 80% done

    Ran outta February already…?!

Made some special compensators for the dual S-B Winfield setup on my T speedster, as I need to pull some fuel out of the accelerator charge. Went on a 100 mile drive today, mostly twisty mountain roads at bout 30-35mph. Much better, but not quite there yet. Will lower the float levels and try again soon. Sure runs good when floggin it hard tho!
