Sold my boat so I am replacing the wheel bearings on the trailer so it will make the trip to Indiana. Pretty surprised and relieved to see this

Also surprised to see that. Good deal that they are still "Made in USA".

Moriarity, we are still all here for you, just in case this doesn't work out as planned. :D
Reducing inventory isn't too hard, until something cool comes along that a guy just has to have.

Old habits die hard, actually keeping the reduced number of vehicles so they all fit inside at one location is extremely hard, but some can really do that. I have had enough problems reducing the inventory number of the vehicles that sat outside in the weather. I still have one sitting outside, I understand the issue.

That said, reducing the inventory number to the point that actually increases empty space, boarder lines on being impossible. Not many can actually accomplish that feat. That will be the next challenge, after you overcome the current one.

this is true, it seems like a persons car collection expands to 1 or 2 more than the available space to keep them IMG_6439.jpeg IMG_6438.jpeg IMG_6440.jpeg

I'm just glad that it's not my garage. If ever I did get my fat *** into the cars, I'd just hurt myself and could not get out and would starve to death.

Okay, it's four in the morning and I can't figure this out. Let's discount the show cars in the living room and just focus on the garage area. Judging by the photos, some of the cars are six to eight inches apart. Let's say that you want to take the (insert name of car here) out to go to the drive in. You open the door to access the driveway and then what? Let's say that you have chosen the blue car up against the wall... do you fire up the 'vette and slowly, very slowly, back it out and then jockey the orange one out and then get in the blue one out?
Conversely, you come home after the jaunt and you put the blue one in, then the orange one, and then the 'vette... you get my drift. Do you put some on wheel dollies and push them around? Do you crawl through windows on occasion?
I don't want to get into your personal habits but...
The boat is sold so does everything have to move?

I have to move stuff to get my creeper.:)

the cars are actually 1 or 2 inches apart and it is only like that in the winter so I can park my daily inside the attached garage for the winter. when I put the cars in like that. I put a floor jack under the blue 55 and got it to 1 inch away from the wall. then I drove the 56 in with my head out the window and drove it in 1 inch away from the 55, then I got out on the p***enger side. then I did the same with the corvette and it ended up 1 inch from the 56 and 16 inches from the predator on the other side. once spring hits one of those cars will live in the attached garage....

Put some new rubber in the Malibu, to keep the front windows from getting broken, and the doors from rattling so much. They might slow down water ingress a little, too.

Only hickup is the parking brake. I hoping a local guy that has the parts will hook me up with the tail shaft pieces for the parking brake. if not I might fab one on the rear end.

IMG_20260314_182713.jpg The boys at the shop felt sorry for me being laid up so they started installing the power windows in the Camaro. Normally I dont do power windows but it came that way from the factory

Started a cam swap last night on a 5.3 that turned out to be a 4.8 with whipped out cam bearing. Found an online buy on a 5.3. After getting all back together today, a group shot. IMG_5503.jpeg
