    Was in a little shop in Falmouth Ma a cpl days ago,on the wall were a cpl old stock car pics. I asked the man running the place" that looks like Ralph Moody in the pic". He looked at me a little puzzeled and said yes it was.Stating Ralph and his uncle were partners in a garage before Ralph went south to Holman /Moody fame. I said Midway Garage in Norton Ma.He replied yes. I asked if it was Brad Winters he was talking about .He smiled and directed me to an original sign from Midway Garage he had. We chatted a bit about them , the Pendergast bros, Bill Slater and others who were the local stars from my childhood. Unexpected and a nice visit that gave me a great smile to flash back 60 + years.

    Cagle's cars seldom looked that good. He raced a lot and his cars looked like they took a beating.
