Afternoon, to sum it up, found to places to rent shop space here in benicia: the first one is to expensive for its size vs. cost ratio. the second one has: 2,850 sq ft. It will comfortable hold 6 to 8 projects and have room to really work. It has 2 roll up doors and 2 offices. Is there anyone here in the bay that would be interested in renting let me know...
I'm in on this too..we could use a couple of standup guys that can do around $300/month. The big shop is HUGE and like fur biscuit said...6 projects at a time quite easily. And if anyone needs to rent office space we could work something out on that also!
yo fur what up, I am selling my house in vallejo and might end up in a condo or apartment, my 58 is half chopped and I NEED a place to work on it badly. I am definately game for a 300 dollar a month deal. Somebody call me, 707-648-7313, brewsir..?
I think we are still looking again...the shop that we could have had wouldn't hold 3 people due to a huge office...and the nice shop was double the cost...still looking!
