Right on! Grew up in farm land of Western New York State a little East of Buffalo and while Batavia had Stanley Horzempa's Harley dealership not many locals could afford an H-D. Freeman's Cycle in Albion was a Triumph dealer and Triumphs, BSAs, and the occasional Norton were the dreams of my youth and more affordable for rural folk. Love old Harleys, but the sound of a parallel twin hitting it on a straightaway will always bring a smile to my face. (Have a '74 Norton Commando and some BSA parts stashed.)
I guess many of these bikes could have gone to the MC thread over at Antiquated. That over there is getting sort neglected.
