Came across this hood, looks to like late 30s or early 40s maybe a Plymouth,
hood ornament turns to unlatch.

 

Looks like 37-38 Ford to me. BUT... I've been wrong many times. Mitch

I saved it from the trash, nothing invested, would like to see it back in service
