    All these still shots, both the subject people and cars extend more visions/ imagination of “Poetry in motion” is the best description. IMHO

    June, 1963. Dave Friedman is posted up at Shelby American in Venice, camera in hand, doing what he always did, quietly do***enting the chaos as it unfolded.

    And then Steve McQueen walks in.

    10000 photos is over 278 rolls of film At five minutes per film change, he spent nearly 24 hours, an entire day, just loading cameras for that shoot. Impressive

    Crediting where credit is due..
    Have to be careful, Friedman's collections includes other photographers work
    For instance, these shots of McQueen at Shelby American were taken by Lester Nehamkin.
    They should be stamped on the back.

    Funnily enough, Shelby's (cancelled) check to Nehamkin is on Ebay at the moment.
