Hot Rods What engine does this intake fit?

The 128 hp doesn’t sound like much until you compare it against the stock 72 hp…

 

Doing more studying. It seems this intake was made to be used with the Ford 170 200 250 heads. The log would need to be milled off, possibly weld in flanges and then this intake would bolt on. Not sure who made it or a brand name.

 

I read that date code as H 70 9, or the 70th day of 19x9, 1969 maybe, although I'm not sure that really helps.
