Hot rods with out headlights would be daily drivers.

 

Billy Gibbons has a unique single pop up unit in the hood. It's really not noticeable when you first see it. HRP

True story: Back in the early '70s I ran my T at Detroit Dragway on certain days when headlights were required, to discourage "real" race cars. I arrived at the track, went through tech, and promptly removed the lights to race. The following Monday a co-worker who worked in the tower at the track said the owner, Gil Kohn, came into the tower and was upset that tech let that guy in the T-bucket race without headights. After that I left the headlights on.
