flathead truck project

It's not a hot rod but I thought you guys might like to see it. It's a 35 ford truck with a 46/48 flathead.

 

Sweet its a dualie! Looks good so far. What are doing with the body? Chop? channel? Unmolested?

 

it's a firetruck. here's some pics of what it looked like when it first came to our town in 49, what it looked like when we found it again in 03, and one after we got the frame done.

 

Thats way cool. There is a huge musuem out by my house that has every year of fire truck, starting with like 1900. Awesome stuff.

 

I'll have to check that out if I ever get out that way!
