Great video's and fantastic work to get the car back in action. Chasing a championship can be a tall order. It comes down to putting in the work, money, making sacrifices, and how bad you want it. Total commitment. You guy's obviously have what it takes.

A guy at work gave me the flame on sticker. I put it on as a joke. He has one on my locker at work when I came back. Maybe others at the track will get a laugh to.

 

Brian, are you planning to race at any of these new IHRA events that have a AA/FA cl***? They're coming to Georgia in October...

I did not go out last weekend. We are going to try this weekend. Much better weather.
I won't be doing any ihra racing. My car would not be compe***ive. Those cars are big show race cars with a altered body on them.

We need to make a few adjustments then we are ready for Norwalk. It's crazy we got it all done. Hats off to my crew.

That hemi sounds angry and happy at the same time!

 

It was set up super soft. We just wanted to see if we got it back together correctly. Only 35 in the mag we usually run 45. Only 81 percent nitro. We set it soft to qualify. You have get it down the track to get into the show. Once qualified we crank it up. You get more points the better placement.

 

Arrived without incident. Set up and ready.

Qualified third for my cl***. Trying different Bruno pressures. Saturday is already a rain out. They plan to get it all in on Sunday.
