    HELLO DEAR HAMB FRIENDS,
AS ALWAYS, MIRKO IS VERY BUSY WITH HIS WORK (HE NEEDS TO INVOICE IN ORDER TO MOVE THESE PROJECTS FORWARD :D:D:D:D:D:):):):):):p:p)....I WILL POSTED SOME SMALL UPDATES FOR YOU.
I HOPE I'M DOING SOMETHING THAT WILL BE APPRECIATED BY THOSE LIKE US WHO LOVE THIS WORK.
As you can imagine, it's not easy to carry out such ambitious projects in Italy...everything becomes more difficult...if we lived in America, everything would be much better and quicker to find replacement parts and competent people to carry out the work we ask for...
I hope to be able to update you soon with more photos of the work in progress.
THANK YOU AS ALWAYS FOR THE MORAL SUPPORT YOU GIVE US BY INTERESTING IN OUR PROJECT...YOU ARE OUR STRENGTH TO CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PROJECT. THANK YOU, FRIENDS OF HAMB!

I love your project! Glad to see you are still plugging away at it. Many projects in the states take a long time too for a variety of reasons. The important thing is to keep going.

Thanks for the moral support! It's really important to us to receive it! I hope to be able to post new updates... as soon as they get them from the carpentry shop.

It's not our forum, to be precise. It's a forum in Italy where American car enthusiasts and Americans meet to exchange opinions.
If I may suggest, I use an option you can find if you use the MICROSOFT EDGE WEB BROWSER... this browser has the ability to translate every single web page you view into your preferred language.

    example and explication :

  13. To paraphrase a previous post of mine, if you guys keep this up you’ll have every artisan in Italy beating a path to your door. Just sayin.

[CITAZIONE="chryslerfan55, post: 15895014, membro: 288998"]Per parafrasare un mio post precedente, se continuate così avrete ogni artigiano d'Italia che vi farà strada davanti alla porta. Dico solo. [/CITAZIONE]

Hi CRYSLERFAN55, you're truly a kind person...thank you for your kind words.
This isn't actually our main job, and honestly, after going through all these difficulties since this all began, I think it will be the last job of this kind we'll do.
We hope to be able to complete this, just as we planned to do years ago...and then, who knows...we hope to be able to take this car for a nice drive. For now, seeing it still in this condition is hard to even think about...but thanks also to your encouragement, we're moving forward...and we'll try to complete the project as promised.

A few small updates for you friends of HAMB!
As I told you, your messages also help us have the strength and desire to move forward and not get discouraged by the many problems.
We continued the work on the front fenders we started last time.
Then we realized that the hinges on the two doors weren't holding up adequately...so we (as you can see from the attached photos) reinforced everything...now it should be perfect! I hope for more updates soon...let me know what you think...and any suggestions are always welcome...thanks for everything!

I've always liked this body. On the one I've built in my head I changed the rear fenders to match the roofline and used the stock taillights - just 7-8" lower.
