The last two months I've been working on the dash of I have not got a lot of time working on it so I was not able to finish it as timely as I wanted.

We were able to put the correct front end under the car and were able to almost complete the transmission mount.

 

This past week I was able to put a patch panel on the quarter panel

We were able to get the grill insert chopped 3in and we were able to get the body into epoxy primer. This project has been a school project and we just had an exhibition night and I was able to bring the car to the exhibition night last night.

 

This past month I was able to get the gauges in the dash and we were also able to put a Corvair steering box into the frame.

The dash looks awesome. I like to see old gauges instead of whatever is on sale at Summit or Speedway. Yours look familiar- what did they come from?

Also glad to see you chopped the grille to align it with the cowl.

Awesome build Ive missed up to today. So much to like and great to see a young fella getting it done. Like the others I really like that dash, not seen that done before!
