How cool is that. Thanks Jive Bomber. I’ve never seen any vids of that racetrack.
I believe the dates are closer to 57 seeing a few later chevys.
That airport is about ten miles from me.
Brings back good memories of my older brother getting into trouble with mom when he’d arrive back home with the hubcaps off his 57.
Great historical Hotrod’s in that film.

 

Real... original Drag Racing ... only if there was a way to bring back these times and the prices of the cars and parts, our hobby would once again explode with excitement and participation.
