Spokane Raceway Park Circa Early 70's

Have been going through old family photos organizing and also gathering all the old car and racing pics. We used to live in Osoyoos BC when I was young and so my Dad and one of my uncle's used to drive down to Spokane and race my Uncle's Heavy Chevy Chevelle at Spokane Raceway Park. Track was an AHRA sanctioned track back then. We would go down as a family as well to go to the races. Here's a bunch of pics circa 74-78. The last pic is my Uncle's Chevelle in our yard getting it ready to race.

It’s kind of nice looking at the cars from the seventies , the graphics on the cars is a giveaway of the years the cars are from.

Does anyone remember a red white and blue t bucket from the late 80s? I was just a kid, but I almost bought it at a used car lot on sprague. It was my first experience with a true hot rod.

 

I have a pic of the is it a 52/53 Chev sitting on a trailer at the races as well.
