Technical Malpassi Fuel filter

Wondering if any of you know where you get order a replacement filter for Malp***i fuel pressure regulator / filter. i can only find replacements in Europe.

I purchased a Malp***i fuel pressure regulator awhile back from a company in Europe and it was delivered in less than a week. I could hardly believe it. The Malp***i regular is the best, i will never use anything else.
