That was a great looking car - My thought was it needs to lose the 80s billet wheels. The Moon discs do that for much less than new wheels.

  16. the 40 is my friends car that needs to be sold. We were getting styling suggestion from the Hornets' Hudson Joe Buffardi. I grew to like the moon caps in that shot.
Car has a few leaks from sitting. Engine runs. 350/350 9in. 3x2 setup. All discs all around AC and power windows leather and sounds system. All power.
air ride. Needs some light work and a really nice car would appear. It's been a hot rod since early 80's maybe earlier. 26k or best offer. Really negotiable and on a trailer to deliver.

those were original late 1940's pre Mooneye real. discs. Hollywood discs we got to play with.

good day got rid of three bins of stuff to new Buddys and old ones. Cool cars and there is the 57 hauling stuff as it was meant to do.
Those weirdo spinner caps are late 50's JC Whitney UFO covers. The green fibergl*** 33 fenders weee free trash pile.

Were there any original model A roadster bodies for sale this year?

  21. There a lot of model an and banger parts if you searched. I saw mostly full rolling cars.

We had a great time and I liked the setup change, my trailer was light after selling at the swap.
Now I can by parts for my 32.

This was a great show and the club members were, as always, covering the whole event. I talked to many who had driven from all over the US. Great weather and the swap area was loaded with rare and fairly priced parts. It was a no miss event and will continue next year. I drove my '55 Delray Friday and the '32 Roadster yesterday.

The show was Great ! It's still better than most shows and swaps in the US. Period.
Just to p*** this on. This is what I was told by a LAR member.
They were trying to get the show and swap in the same space as last year.
However they were not able to since it was booked for another event that weekend.
They scrambled and did what they could for the show and swap.
Then after selling spots in the new layout ,the event that was booked CANCELED.
That made it even more wonky because they had more space to spread out.
Kind of good with extra space but not too good because you had a lot of territory to cover.
Makes sense now right? That's why it was all jumbly.
Still one of the best events ever !!
