Hot Rods ID this Steering Wheel, please

    Recently bought an old Altered built in the ‘60s. It has a small fortune in cool parts on it. I know I’ve seen a steering wheel made like this one, but can’t recall who made them? Any help will come from this group. Thanks IMG_8555.png IMG_8348.jpeg
