Like I posted in a PM, He was my friend even that we never met in person. I will miss him on here, always enjoyed his posts and he posted till the end. Condolences to his friends and family, R.I.P. Tom.
Lori, thank you for your post in this difficult time for you and your family. May Tow Truck rest in peace and enjoy bench racing with all of the hot rod fraternity that have gone before him.
RIP, I did not have much interaction with him but he always seemed to like what I had to say since he would like almost every one of my comments.
shift wizzard thank you for writing what i was thinking i will miss toms responses to some of my posts( a little off center humor) and thank you lori he will be missed he was blessed to have a wife like you
Well now, didn’t see that coming. My condolences to his family, friends and fellow hot rod hoodlums. They’ll be in my prayers.
Cl***y guy! Whenever I saw a post by Tom, went right to it. You knew that it was a good one. And, when he gave you a "like" on one of your posts, it didn't get any better than that. All our love, Lori
Received quite a few “likes” from Tom,especially when I related INFO to him that I had resided in Texas for 75 years, but had recently moved “lock, stock and barrel” to Delaware. He enlightened(very friendly man) me of places to visit in Delaware to stay in the “hot rod world.” GOD SPEED TOM.
Tom was insightful, knowledgeable, friendly and funny, the kind of person we should all strive to be. His posts were always encouraging and upbeat and he will be missed and remembered here. Godspeed Tom.
I too received a lot of likes from Tom, so very sad to learn of his p***ing! He will be missed by all of us in the H.A.M.B. Universe ! RIP.
Wow...sorry to hear. Thanks for sharing the note from his wife @Sharpone Praying for his wife, daughter, grandson and I'm sure lots of others that are feeling loss. I always appreciated Tom's input here. He will be missed.
Tough to lose one of the family. And yes, the HAMB is a family to many of us, even if we've never met. Godspeed Tom
Sorry to hear of his p***ing. It didn't seem that long ago that he had private messaged me and we enjoyed having a conversation.
I never met him but his posts and like’s always seemed like they were coming from a good friend. He endured a long journey in sickness may he now rest in peace.
RIP , As others have said He was generous with praise, and I was encouraged by his "likes' in response to my sometimes incoherent rants
Sad to hear about his p***ing. I did not have direct correspondence with him on the board but he sounds like a cool guy and was one of us - and that's enough for me. RIP Tom.
Dang it. I knew he was having health issues, but didn’t realize how serious the situation was. He never went into detail about it as best I remember. We all will miss him and his always positive input here. I always appreciated the likes he gave me and also our shared sense of humor. R.I.P. buddy.
One thing for sure is he will be missed around here. He was kind and helpful, generous with the likes and an upbeat person. I know I will miss him.
Tom and I had similar senses of humor and I always "got it" when we joked. I will miss that. And what a beautiful obituary...I can only hope I'm remembered. half as well. Rest in peace my friend...and our prayers go out for Lori.
Came here after reading about him in Dan’s build thread. Condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
