He had is house burn down a couple weeks ago. He is having a hard time with dealing with everything and has just moved into a long term rental until the insurance company makes a determination on what to do with the structure. He is afraid the car will sit for a couple of years and thinks it would be best to get it to someone else. It was in a separate garage and was totally safe. The car is in Mobile, AL. I put 400 miles debugging and a couple of car shows/rod runs. He drove it to Mobil at a smooth and trouble free 80 MPH on the speed-o-meter (actual was 77 as noted by a friend following). The build thread is still up if there are any folks interested in seeing it. He would like 25K. Build thread https://57fordsforever.com/smf/index.php?topic=6035.0

Nice ride, right at 1K miles. Break-in, testing, tuning, sorting and the drive to Mobil from B-Ham. He is 80 (as I am) and is now trying to get it (life) back together so the car sits.

Don't need to sell, just not right to sit. I would buy back but have already acquired another project, 56 Crown Vic.

Not asking enough for it? Staying away because of price? Too nice a car to sit!
