Sort of looks like @Rocky 's old pickup. I was in Portland for a couple of weeks last year and was surprised by the car scene. Not all of it was traditional obviously, but lots of cars driving around. Made me happy.
My first thought is that it reminds me of vehicles an old hamber named red beard used to build. I want to say he was in norcal so one going further north isn’t to surprising. maybe @Hitchhiker or @Bandit Billy would have ideas? I can’t think of any more pnw hambers that actually log in anymore. the chop did remind me of the Rocky 34! I think it’s still popping around the upper Midwest somewhere.
When I left Denver and moved up here in 2001, I was blown away by the rod n custom scene here in the PNW!

Boy I have never seen that one running around and I stop and talk to pretty much any owner of a 32-34 pickup. Its most likely a 33 as it has a gas tank in the rear and no wide bead on the back of the cab and the plate is a late 33 piece when its Yellow with black numbers. Early 33 where black with white/cream numbers. 1939 was the next time Oregon did the Yellow with black numbers. Looks odd in the back but could be just that its lacking a rear spreader bar. See a stock banjo rear end as well.
Reminds me of Rocky's old truck from the back of the cab the belt line is that of a 32/33, Cool looking pickup. HRP
Something about a 32 Ford pickup. I'm on my 5th one and the first I didn't build. I traded a deuce tudor project for Howard and have never looked back. I drive it everyday rain or shine until the salt hits the road. The other 4 are spread around the US with one currently living in Finland. I've had many of the 32 Ford body styles but the lowly pickup will always be my favorite.
I don't recognize it and don't remember seeing it at any event. I checked the three Billetproof albums and nothing that resembles it there.
