    Hey guys,
I picked up this cowl off of a farmer's rock pile .... planning on building a little lakes modified type hot rod from it. Does anybody have any clue what it could be? It's fairly small, about the size of a later model T but it can't be a T because it doesn't have a cowl vent and the stamping on the firewall is wrong. I've looked at lots of pictures online and I don't think it's from the "big 3" and of course, if it is from the early to mid 20's it could be ANYTHING! Anyone want to throw in a guess? I'd appreciate any references you can give.

Studebaker is one of the "other guys" I did look into and I don't "think" it is either .... I did go look at the Erskine you mentioned and it seems the earlier years don't have a body line across the side and the later years have a different body line than what mine has but Thanks for the input!

  13. Wonder why the manufacturer did'nt keep it symetrical with that big curved stamping in the firewall. Maybe something was mounted on the righthand side such as a big vacuum tank. I remember my '28 Nash in Australia even had a tank for automatic ch***is lubrication.
