Technical Identification ID fender skirts

Need some help on putting ID on these skirts 14.5" tall and 33.5" wide at base. Thanks

No letters or numbers stamped on the bottom edge of either one?

 

Late 30 to late 40s rides

 

How about the "universal" type cataloged for dozens of '30s-'50s cars ? They don't look like auto factory made.

 

no numbers present and yes of course 30's and 40's more than likely. Anyone else?
