I've not participated in the Friday Art Show for quite some time. The main reason is health issues and secondary, minor concern. I find the placement for the Friday Art Show hard to find...

Just tinkering around with types of lettering templates, I always liked the way the logo for "WAYNE" heads worked well with the circle mode for horizontal and vertical to spell the same word twice!
Update. 8/5/26.
This is just a little piece of paper, 8" square and I wasn't even trying to make it into anything that would resemble any kind of serious art. But I kept tinkering with it, and then the colored pencils got going, and imagine if you could buy a roll of @Jeff Norwell
"NORWELL LIFESAVERS" This is what they many potentially look like, your results may vary greatly!

1947 Austin Sedan to station wagon… Gas Coupe Division


Hello,

When the time came to move to the next level of Gas Coupes and Sedans with powerful motors, the 33-36 Willys Coupes, Sedans were the body of choice. Then as the teams progressed, some moved to the stock body Austin 2 door/4 door sedans.

For some folks, the development was going the wrong way. They all looked like Thanksgiving stuffed turkey footballs. With the chopped tops, the sedans looked like a table spread meal all in one. But, we all know the cl*** was definitely on its way out.

So, with the cl*** being used as a spectator fueled frenzy, the ***ociations allowed those to show up and race for “nostalgic status” status…

For those that liked the body style, there was one not used or designed. A completely extended sedan

Every now and then, I get someone who wants original art, and not something created in ChatGTP. Seems it's everywhere now, and those that want original art are getting fewer and fewer.
I've still vowed to not attend any event that charges a fee that uses AI generated promotional material.
But, here's a fun t-shirt design for one of my drag racing buddies. It's a "Drive & Drag" four door nova that knocks down 20MPG and runs bottom 10 second quarter mile times. It's a bad mama jama!
