Worth the wait for that one! I’ve said it before but man I wish I could buy that in print.

Maybe once every couple years the Jalopy Journal needs a little $7 special like hop up does occasionally and just stuff a few of the greatest journal entry’s into it.

Love it man, found myself with multiple agreements and conversation point s as I worked my way down the page. The choice of film, second hand photos and just taking the event in really adds to the vibe.

The run is still on my mental bucket list. More of a thumb out and borrowed floor and couch pillow kinda trip but all the same.

Thanks for another great start to Friday!

Thanks! Many years in the making. It's always roadster weather in the North Bay, that's for sure.

Thank you! Hard to beat a hot rod road trip.

Thank you, Tim! I agree that it would be fun to continue The Jalopy Journal in print one of these days. And you need to come through. There were definitely a few folks who had empty p***enger seats on the run.

Right?! Feels good to finally be getting some miles on it. I drove it down to South City for the first time on Wednesday and it was smooth sailing.

    Thank you, Jeff!

Thank you, Ryan. Always fun to get out in the field. Looking forward to going even bigger next month on the road to the RPM Nationals.

Awesome. just Awesome. so good to see it out eating up the miles.

And as cool as it is to have the roadster on the run I know the feeling of running with a buddy, and I KNOW that felt good.

If they had an option for non-flathead cars id be there in a minute.

    Great write up
love northern California , your write up brings back great memories, driving an old 70's dodge motorhome across the golden gate back in the 90s and heading north.
    Thanks for the ride

Joey, I was so pleased to see you and your machine in the town square at the start of the run. All of your plans and work have been rewarded. Now it is time to hit the highway and find fun adventures and create memories that will last a lifetime. Your little roadster will become a means to explore new places and meet new friends. Congratulations. See you at RPM.

Absolutely a magnificent write up and shared experience via the written word and the photography!
    Most impressive indeed!
Nothing inspires confidence in the machine you are piloting, more than the truth of the fact, that your own hands have touched every single nut and bolt on it as it all came to life!

Thank you Joey, this reminds me of the All Deuce Run through the Blue Ridge Mountains, your commentary paints a beautiful picture and takes us along for the ride. HRP

Great stuff Joey! I keep telling people, the more you drive this old stuff, the better they get. Just listen to the car when it tells you it needs something.
