I didn't see any other threads yet, so I'll start. Post up your pics/memories from this year's show.
I got to meet @63Biscuit and check out 50FRAUD. We had a nice conversation.

My old friend @flatjack was there with his coupe, but had the hood up, so just his engine:

My junk made the 100ish miles there (& back). I had a better parking spot on day 2.

@alchemy , I'd say that is the 50fraud that was built on the HAMB. The rear gl*** was one of the final mod's that were done by the builder.
It looks like it now resides in Wisconsin.
Maybe @63Biscuit will respond on the acquisition.

One of the bands took this from in front of the stage during the flame throwing exhibition. Cool shot of my car.
    upload_2026-8-10_9-18-34.png

For those who haven't been to this show, you really should. Pin up contest, flame throwing, vintage bicycle parade, minibike drags, burn out compe***ion, vintage camper area & regular camping, panel jam & art auction and about 30 bands throughout the weekend with rockabilly being the predominant genre, but they do get some western swing, honky-tonk, etc. All of this taking place in Unionville, at the Unionville Thresheree Grounds. A small, faux town with fire dept, saloon, blacksmith shop, steam engines, jail, barbershop, and other vintage buildings. The closest town is Symco, WI. That one is a real town. Check it all out at symcohotrods.com. See ya next year!

Was there on Saturday, saw a lot of the same stuff you posted pics of. I will say, they did a better job of utilizing show car parking space this year. I still had to park on the road, having gotten there on Saturday morning, but there were more cars in the actual show area than there usually is. That was a welcome change.

We got there around 11:30am Friday. By the time we set up our camping and drove back to the show, we were parked on the street with the "others." No room inside the grounds. A bunch of them leave their cars where they are parked all weekend. Saturday morning, we drove back over from the campsite before they manned the gates. We were able to pull in to an almost filled area (by the stage) and get a nice spot. There were only about 5 more open ones, and they filled in fast.

Lead pic for me is a bit of a redemption story. Several years ago, we tried getting our club '60 Ranchero to Symco, but it wasted the tailshaft housing on the transmission about dead middle between me and Symco and 100 miles from either location. Since then, we crammed a 302, a T5 and an 8.8 Explorer read end....the little ******* did the 450 mile roundtrip this time without a single hiccup! It's frame left, with my Biscayne in the middle and 50Fraud on the right.

Kudos to this guy for having the stones to drive a freakin' flathead-powered belly tank out! How bad*** is that?

...and when's the last time you saw an actual Lincoln V12 flathead in the wild, let alone one running some speed parts? This was in a stretched-frame Model A coupe.

The top got chopped by Don Dillard at Highway 99 hot rods. Top is '56 Chrysler, rear gl*** is '52 Ranch Wagon with custom trim, and the windows and C-pillars are all custom. She'll live with me here in Hudson WI until it's time for her to go onto one my kids - hopefully a long time from now!

  30. I thought the g***er was a Henry J. It seems that I am mistaken
