still have the front and rear fenders, frame horn covers, splash apron for a 32 coupe. From 1958 They are for sale .

 

Those tend to still move forward but at a reduced rate. Sometimes these show great workmanship since the build gets refined while you're throwing labor at it not money.

Here's hoping you get many there on the Friday/Saturday wanting to buy stuff. It would be good to not have to deal with the ones that will "wait until Monday and sift through the dregs" just to get stuff for next to nothing.
I've got my fingers crossed for you to have it all gone before the vultures start to circle.

 

I have been there a few times. 1st time I was there was many years ago and I believe it was your Dad that gave me a full tour of the business including all the hand laying up of the bodies and parts. Quite the operation! Sorry to see ya go but I retired from my business 7 or 8 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made.

I came but I was too early for the festivus. Bad timing on my part.

 

My avatar picture is om Wescott bodied roadster. It has been on the road since 2011 without any problems. Superb piece of engineering for sure! Over 40k happy miles and never a hangar queen! Most people look at and think it is original. I would be happy to be buried in but I expect the cemetery m8ght have a different view! The doors still close like a vault! I salute the Wescott family for their great product!

 

We have been able to clean out the "Library Truck", 2 of 3 containers, and 1 of 6 attic bays in our 120x60 building. Working on the rest. Here are some teaser photos of whats been pulled out so far.

Wishing you all the best in your retirement. I used to live across the street from Dee when I was in Oregon. He was an incredibly cool and nice guy. It was great to be able to go and get what mighta been needed at that time I lived there.

Im lucky to have steel and steel oxide car off my uncles farm but I’ve been pleasantly fooled a few times looking at a Wescott!!

As far as the "vulture" comment goes. Every part left by Monday will have been looked at and inspected for 2 days and been rejected. Unwanted. Leftovers. Maybe you are right. Vulture stay home and let it all go in for s**** where it will never get a chance to be used by anyone.

 

The vultures circling thing is just a figure of speech................ but you did say it was all about increased ROI.
