Triple Crown is August 11&12.

 

Lloyd, are the restrooms refurbished. I know you were talking about it last year. Asking for a friend or two.
I know I have the MH, but since Lois is not coming, I am hoping to drive my '40 Moonshiner. So, I'll either be camping or staying in a Motel.

Lmao! Anybody local that comes to hangout will be a hot rod guy, not into the "car show" scene, more into ingenuity lol. I have one buddy that messaged me "well i guess I won't be there since it's 1972 and older", he has a 74 corvette, I told him to bring it and have fun, but he's a trophy hound, that's all he's in it for

 

No sir. The fire department received a grant for $500,000 to upgrade asphalt and restrooms, etc, but the state hasn't released the funds. Porta potty is the best i can do.

Triple crown is the same weekend. I don't believe that I can compete, nor am I trying. I'm hosting, that's it, if nobody shows up, then nobody shows up! But i know a few guys on here that will, and a few locals, so I'm all good.

 

I've told a few folks over the phone, but this year will be food trucks, you will buy your food, but I'll have drinks and snack food in the shelter house. Just didn't get much sponsors this year to afford providing food.

 

I know this is a big seller in Wisconsin. You can probably find it in the giant economy size. All I can find here are tiny bottles.

 

We will be there no matter what!!

Porta-Potties are just fine for a show like this, unless of course you are worried like I was at Lloydfest II when I was sure the minute I went in to it, @Lloyd's paint & gl*** was going to tip it over on me! LMAO

CAN'T WAIT Until Laura, Gucci The Wonder Dog & I are checked in to the cabin & we are with the group at the Country Club for dinner Thursday evening!

You do know retirement is not for sissies. All that time that I was going to have to get things done when I retired never happened, but the list got longer. I'm pretty sure that falls under the category of "Project Creep".

 

My only problem with retirement was learning how to say no. I'm much better at that now and enjoying it every day now.
